MCA was a *HUGE* improvement from the previous ISA and EISA systems. 
It was the first *TRUE* plug and play system that actually worked. 
It was faster than ISA and much more flexible.  I'd rather have MCA 
on an rs6k but its a *LOT* better than most other expansion busses.
