[rescue] What to do with an IPX?

I had actually bought this thing at a local thrift store. It was just
sitting there along with a 411 cdrom drive for a whopping $20. It's
amazing what people throw out.

What's the company that is selling them for $80? Pretty high price but I
just might sport the $.
