I took my 5c apart and washed it under a shower, then dried it as best I could 
with a towel, and then left it infront of the fire (at a goodly distance, 
overnight), looked brand new, and better still worked again after getting a 
glass of wine over it during an all night coding session.  I seem to remember 
I did it again for a friend a few weeks later.  Of course if you try this and 
it breaks, don't blame me :)
