The best way is to place the keyboard in a normal household dish 
washer, with the proper dish washing soap (the machine kind). Put the 
keyboard on the top shelf of the dishwasher, and run it thru a normal 
wash cycle. Afterward, you'll have to let the keyboard dry out for a 
few days before trying to use it.

It's amazing how well this works, and it doesn't hurt the keyboard as 
long as you give it plenty of time to dry out!
