Gavin:

there's a latch on the bottom of each drawer. Once you have it half way
out, you should be able to feel the latch, press it in, and the drawer
will come out all the way. If you need to take out the fan card, it's
even more fun, you need to use 2 flat bladed screw drivers, and pulling
out the tray slightly, disengaging one latch, then pulling it out some
more, and disengaging the other.
