OEM often does not include the drivers on CD or anything but
most basic documentation.  The assumption is you already have
the drivers (since you are building and reselling PCs).  Of
course, that benefits those of us smart enough to find drivers
ourselves.

You find a lot of that stuff around here in Silicon Valley.
Disks sold in static bags, "white-box" video, I/O, etc. cards.
