Stereo. My current stereo speakers suffered 3 years of college life, two kids,
and total life of...um...11 years. They're due. They were cheap, radio shack,
paper cone 2-way to begin with (8" woofer, 2" tweeter, no mid). They were fine
in college, but now they're sub-par...

I have two sets of Altec Lansing speakers. One is on Karin's computer, one is
on the O2. AL-295s maybe? Dunno, they have 2 satelite speakers (right channel
has all the controls) and a subwoofer. Frickin loud, is what they are. I got
the first set for free, and the second set I paid close to $100 for. Very
nice.
