You don't need to enable ProxyRequests to use ProxyPass. You can disable
it and still use ProxyPass /xyz/ http://xyz.arkham.ws/ to allow outside
browsing of your local network, which would effectively stop people from
using your proxy for leveraging attacks or surfing pr0n.
