You can buy that one direct from LSI at
http://www.intraserver-store.com/ss3140um.html for $190.

There are some Sun/Symbios dual channel cards (and at least one
scsi/fastethernet card) on ebay as low as $150 buy-it-now. Search for "sun
pci scsi" for starters.

I've used the Intraserver/LSI cards in a few servers and I like them. Ran
a nice U60-based fileserver with the dual channel U2LVD160 card.

You might also look at Antares (http://www.antares.com/scsi/scsi.htm) ...
I use their P0068 card to drive a tape library on my E450.
