[rescue] Sparcstation 10 - boot problem

I have inherited a Sparcstation 10. When it boots it checks the memory,
then starts to boot then prints the word "Level" continuously over the
screen nonstop, and never boots.
I can stop-a during the memory check do a test-all.  Everything tests fine.
boot cdrom, boot net, boot -r all do the same thing.  The machine was off
fo about a month.  The host ID and mac are good in the intial banner.

Please help!
