The octane has a tremendous amount of bus bandwidth (remeber, he asked about
octane SI, not I^2 SI).  I wonder how well it could stream textures.  That
would still require some size TRAM, but it wouldn't limit you to only
the TRAM sizes amount of textures in a scene.
