Heh, visit a big college campus.  Around here, i see people in heavy
winter coats when it's in the 50's and other people wearing only a
tshirt and jeans at the same time.  International students from hot
countires can't handle 30 degrees.  I almost never wear more than a
tshirt, jeans and a insulated flannel, and i walk by people bundled up
in sock hat, scarp, glove/mittens, and heavy coats.  It's just all in
what climate you're used to.
