Here: no homeowners associations, no zoning laws, no local business
licensing, and a "shall issue" policy on firearms carry permits.  $1
building permits for homeowners, most of which are granted automatically.
The township policy officers are blue collar libertarians.

The chicken coop and goat pen go in as soon as I pick up a couple 330'
rolls of field fence and a few dozen T-posts.

I begin to see what they mean by "friction-free government".  I could
never handle homogenized suburbia.
