[rescue] What systems use IBM 20H0681 32MB DIMMs?

Somewhere along the way I ended up with two IBM 32MB
DIMMs, which appear to be ECC DIMMs - FRU 20H0681.

No idea what systems these work in, though--I tried them
in my PC365 dual PPro (which is known to work with
128MB ECC DIMMs) and got no joy--wouldn't even boot.

It's possible that the memory is bad--but any suggestions
as to what they're designed to work in?  Wish there were
something as good as partsurfer.hp.com for old IBM FRU
numbers--looking these up at ibm.com gets weird and
non-helpful results.
