[rescue] LaserJet II printing problems

You might check MCM for those as well.  Spend the bucks for their
(phonebook-size) catalog, as the website eats rabid donkeys.  I'm
only slightly prejudiced.  They and Dalco are next door to each
other and < 5 minutes away from home.
