I don't know about generally, but the ones on ebay have been closing at
pretty high prices.  The cheapest I've seen one go for there was $250 for
an empty, damaged (but supposedly working) unit.

That said, there is one (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2015807907) with a Buy It Now of $235.  I'd love to have one of those units.
