Yes.  They come with 128M integrated with the system board.  Beyond
that, there's a standard SO-DIMM slot.  To the best of my knowledge,
it can only take a 512MB SO-DIMM, though.  Also, you'll only need
a PC100 module, as they don't use a 133MHz bus.
