I was poking around for info on old SGI PowerSeries and Crimson system
and came across something worse--a nav bar where each item was a flash
movie.  Of course, the only thing the movie did was show an annoying
graphic and link to another page.  I mean, hell, animated GIF would be
less annoying than that.

Now, had I been browing from a PowerSeries or Crimson, how the HELL
would that page be even -remotely- useful?

The worst part is that this page was somehere that Should Know Better:
the University of Notre Dame IS department.
