These are sun4m (SuperSPARC or HyperSPARC) CPUs; the SPARCstation 20
is not a 64-bit UltraSPARC machine. If you cant find the password on
these, just hook up an external CD-ROM drive and you can reinstall Solaris
that way.

Sounds like you've got plenty of decent machines - the SPARCstation/SPARCserver
20s (only difference is a badge on the front and the presence/lack-of video
cards) are great servers.
