not sure, got caught in a speed trap and was informed by the COPS that my
license was suspended.  that had been the first that i had heard of it.  i
still don't know why, since i have to wait an eternity for PennDOT to let me
know why it's been suspended.  and they aren't exactly the fastest people on
earth.
