[rescue] ftp and telnet problem

Hi all,
I urgently need help! I can't telnet and/or ftp to my Sparc station from =
any remote site but
I can do both from my Sparc station to any remote site. What might be =
the problem? May it be
that I copied tcsh on csh ?
