An almost unbelievable number of SPARCstation 20 VSIMMs on ebay the moment - multiple dutch auctions for 20 (yes, twenty) 4MB @$59 and 8MB @$89. Just search for 'vsimm'. Sun must have cleared out their cellar! Annoyingly for us non-US residents, the auctions specifically mention no international shipping :(
