[rescue] avoiding ssh session keys

I now have two machines that take far too long to make ssh session keys,
A sparc5 that takes 1.5 minutes, and a 670mp with a sm100 that takes 3
minutes. (sidenote: i'm looking for mbus modules to upgrade the 670mp if
anyone has some that they're looking to get rid of)  Is there any way to
avoid creating session keys every time i connect to the machines?  I'd
be willing to go through a lot of hassle just so that i don't have to
wait as long.
