I got mine running with the file "xpcs00s.sys.v601" (and that works oh so
much better than mx15001.sys) that I got from Nick.  I ended up doing a
full reset to factory defaults...set it with a fixed IP address in NVRAM
and using directed TFTP to load the boot image.

If anyone wants step-by-step instructions on how I got mine working, lemme
know and I'll put together a HOWTO.
