[rescue] Break sequence

break sequences for most terminal emulation software is available on
www.cisco.com. Search for -password recovery 2500-, and in the proceedure
you will find a link for emulation key sequences (IOS uses a break on boot
to skip the configuration register). Hyperterminal is in the list (along
with minicom, the geeks choice).
