[rescue] Type 4 keyboards

I've got a large box of type 4 keyboards, and I'll share them with anyone
who wants to pay postage. I may even have cables, although I prolly
vandalized them for the non-5c keyboards in my collection. Oh, and if anyone
wants type 3 keyboards, I've got them as well.

I'm using a PS/2  keyboard from a Sun JavaStation 2 on my ps. The feel is
somewhat like a type 5. My Blade's keyboard really bites - makes me want to
go get the PS/2 => USB converter from Belkin. The granite SGI keyboards rock
and even match the Blade somewhat...
