[rescue] Connecting Evans&Sutherland Freedom gfx to SUN machine

Hi y'all!

Does anyone in this group have any experience dealing with the E&S freedom
gfx processors? We have an ol' series 1000 machine, with the SBUS
interface. Will this beast work with a Ultra1 machine (SBUS based
machine)? And if so, is there any limitation to the OS version for solaris
that supports these thingies?

Any info will be welcome, this thing was sitting in the corner, and I
figured the interface was a SBUS card, so I figured these things could
work with SUN machines.... Then again, it seems rare enough to be almost
unkown to most people.
