[rescue] 220R and 2.6

limit ecache-size at the OK prompt before booting the install CD. YOu'll
need to do that every time you boot until you patch the kernel. The shipping
version of 2.6 can't deal with the larger e$ on the 220 / 420's w/o a patch.
