The pay-at-pump systems over here allow you a maximum amount per fill =
(normally 40 or 60UKP) and just take the amount that you spent when you =
finish. They work perfectly well with credit or debit cards.

However, I'm going to shut up now so as not to incur the wrath of the list =
admins 8-)

Credit Cards are not as common in Europe, but debit/smart cards are,
so I imagine a similar solution could/has been deployed there...
