i run NetBSD on all my DECstation 5000 boxes, and they each (all 5) have a 200M
disk in them.  64M swap, probably 50-60M free space.  no X of course.  they
run great.  NFS mount /usr/pkgsrc and /usr/src, type a couple lines, and walk
away for a couple days. :)
