[rescue] Summary: Nonstandard SCSI ID for boot drive

OK, since the answer to my question about making a SS2 boot off of a 
non-standard SCSI ID came via private email, I thought I would post it here
for the archives.

So, the key to making the SS2 boot off of SCSI ID 1 one time is to type:
boot /sbus/esp/sd at 1,0

To make it boot that way everytime, type:
setenv boot-device disk1

So, there it is for posterity.
