Austin, luckily it's a little further east than me, bill or steven
live.. although my pop works for the VA.gov and their offices are right
where one of the tornados touched down...I talked to my mumster a couple
hours ago and said he's not leaving until around 8 tonight..  gee,
sure would suck to be stuck around all those mainframes and about 30tb
of data...

images on the news right now of cars being swept away..there's a minivan
that's pretty much capsized..the nose is under water and the tail up in
the air.. there's a car that you can only see about 5 inches of the roof
of.  I believe downtown austin lost their main grid..the capital area,
where I built my datacenter has two grids though..I'm not sure if both
lost power.  They just disco'd the oc3 tuesday so I can't login to check
the ups stats.
