Yep, but not only NJ.  It's illegal in OR too.  Really strange for
anybody who's lived elsewhere.  What's worse is that nobody around here
knows how to pump their own gas either, and we're 20 minutes from WA. 
We went up there to run a road race a couple of months ago, and the M.D.
who was driving couldn't figure out how to work the gas pump.
