Mike,
	I loaded my 250 via 512k block cdrom, no different than any sun box. 
The 250's use a little strange console serial cable but otherwise no
weird problems.  I even pulled the ibm drive and upped to 4gb standard
seagate with no problems.  If you have any trouble let me know,
documented my setup.
