I think readcd will do just that. I believe that it's part of the
pacakge of programs that I installed on my Linux cd-writer machine at
work a while back. It'll make images of CDs that you can ftp to another
OS (like w*****s or whatever) and burn to a CD. I think the .iso format
is universal, isn't it?
