I just bought some Kingston "Value RAM" 72-pin FPM 36-bit 60ns parity RAM
from www.18004memory.com (Coast-to-Coast Memory).  32 MB sticks were
US$13.00 each....

I dunno if the Cycle will use 36-bit memory, though.  Most Suns of that era
came with 33-bit, but would tolerate 36-bit, I think.  I use 36-bit in my
LX, for example.

$13/32MB wasn't the cheapest price on the 'net, but it was the best I could
find for "name brand" memory with a meaningful warranty.
