Why not simply set your workststion to cache the relevent web pages to your workstation? (i.e. "make available offline" is the IE term for it, not sure about NS)

Anyone know of any online FEH's?  I see one in Australia, but it is
so slow as to be useless.  Is there anything like that this side of
the pond?  The 1.3 cdrom FEH looks useful for rescuing sunbits.
