Nope. Its Coke's competitor to Dr. Pepper, and in towns that have a
Dr. Pepper bottling plant nearby, Coke just bottles it for them. Considering
that DrP is from Waco, 100 miles away...

I can get it on fountain at like 2 places in town, but no cans, bottles,
or 2 liters.

http://www.misterpibb.com/availability.htm:

Mr. PiBB is not available in cans or bottles everywhere. There are many areas
in the US where Mr. PiBB is not bottled by Coca-Cola bottling plants. Due
to lack of capable facilities, the Dr Pepper Company "leases" the right to
bottle Dr Pepper in a particular market to the highest bidder--either Coke,
Pepsi or 7up. In some markets, Coke bids highest for the chance to bottle Dr
Pepper (a very lucrative business) and in others, Pepsi or 7up wins out. In
these areas where Dr Pepper is found in Pepsi or 7up vending machines, Coke
will offer its own creation -- Mr. PiBB -- in response. In regions where Coke
bottles Dr Pepper, Mr. PiBB is not produced. The bottling agreement comes
with a "no competition" clause which states that Coke cannot produce their
spicy cherry soda.
