Further to this; my SS5 want really like a 24-bit framebuffer;  what's the
best to get for it (assuming I can find some):  ZX, S24, or [other] ?

It has 3 empty sbus slots, since I decided to put 3 NICs in my SS2 instead.
(Well, it /would/ have, when I take the TGX out ;-)
