yet another reason why i love NetBSD.  it comes with a completely commented
out inetd.conf.  not even telnet is running by default.  a freshly installed
NetBSD machine only has, what, 7 or 8 processes running. :)

that's after i got it running my DNS stuff (two servers, one for internal use
and one for external use) and with telnet enabled.  otherwise, stock.
