Keep in mind, 2.5.1 is less bloated than other releases, and the trick
is TURNING OFF SHIT YOU DONT USE....

For example, here's my home development box, as an example of one of my
"typical" Solaris installs:

$ uname -a
SunOS master 5.8 Generic_108528-07 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-60
$ ps -fe
     UID PID PPID C STIME TTY TIME CMD
    root     0     0  0 22:01:10 ?        0:00 sched
    root     1     0  0 22:01:10 ?        0:00 /etc/init -
    root     2     0  0 22:01:10 ?        0:00 pageout
    root     3     0  0 22:01:10 ?        0:42 fsflush
    root   151     1  0 22:01:29 ?        0:00 /usr/lib/saf/sac -t 300
