www.softwareandstuff.com (IIRC) has $30 Syquest 1 Gig drives for sale (SCSI interfaces), not sure if they are bootable for Sun platforms...

THey also have replacement/additional SYquest cartridges for sale, not sure of price (obviously less than $30/each!)...
