You don't need one.  Get an ES1370/1371 card (like the SoundBlaster PCI64)
and use the audioens driver.  Sun only "supports" this card on the AX/AXi
but it can easily be made to work on other platforms.

I got one for $29 2 years ago, it's still working fine.  There were some
driver issues early on but those have been largely resolved with recent
patch updates.
