[SunRescue] "Hooking up" at TCF this weekend...

First tip - buy your ticket in advance. $2 discount, and virtually no wait.
I walked in to the building, exchanged my ticket for a wrist band and was in
the Fleamarket within 10 minutes of arrival.

Second tip - learn to *like* walking. When I got there at 9:00 am, I got a
very decent parking space in the dirt at the end of the block. It only took
about 15 minutes to walk there... You *obviously* don't remember/never
experienced TCF at Mercer County Community College - the walks there were
horrendus, and the wait for busses was interminable. Especially if it was
raining.

Third tip - Parcel Pick-up is your friend. Do not be afraid to drop off your
treasures and continue shopping - this removes the need for a great parking
space.

Fourth tip - just be glad the sun is out. I have been there for horizontal
rain/tornado weather, freezing cold, baking hot, etc. That is the most
ungodly/unpredictable weekend of the year, AFAIK...

And finally, complaining about TCF conditions only indicates you are a
newbie, suck it up - we all survived, and we got some great treasures to
boot!

Ken
