Red Book?  I still have my copy of that book with the original "yellow" (or
is it puke yellow...I can't tell) cover.  Still use it occasionally when I'm
looking for something that got edited out of the second edition.   Do need
to get the purple version of that book soon though...just for "completeness=
".
Kind of tells you how long I've been at this...perhaps too long?
