[SunRescue] hot swap monitors on SS5

Thanks!  Although UPS apparently dropped the package, and cracked the 
case, my new Sun GDM1962B is more or less functioning atop the SS5. 
It looks very slightly fuzzy, though.   I did end up rebooting after 
all so that I could reset the resolution in the S24, and then fiddled 
with the adjustments a bit, which has helped. Actually it looks 
pretty good for $42. 8-)
