Ok, what are the hard numbers on what it costs to become a (mini) CLEC?
I've always thought it would be horrendously involved, but if you have
evidence to the contrary it's definitely worth looking into.

I'm on an unreliable 14.4 dialup now.  Whee.  Maybe if I go down to 9600
it will stay up longer than 5 minutes at a shot.  To add insult to injury,
I can't even send mail locally to Sunhelp with my current config due to
the DUL.
