What is "souse"?  (I grew up in oklahoma).

Moon pies, aww yeah.

Pickled pigs feet - had a girlfriend who liked these
once.  Should have been an early warning sign.

I liked pickled hard boiled eggs tho.

Saw "deep fried turkey" kits at home depot the other day.
