Just participated ina nice SS/1000 auction on Ebay - 2x SM61s and 2x =
SM51s (by my estimate), 128 Meg (2x 64 Meg kits), 3x system boards, and =
a bunch of SCSI adapters (by my best guess, the pictures are tiny).
See: http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3D1220240476
I was interested up until about $550, then I doubted my sense of value =
of the parts.
The unit went for $660, and was probably worth a bit more (as parts), =
but I have no idea what those controllers are...
The fun part was the level of interest in it - at about 20 minutes to =
go, the viewed counter was at about 560, when the auction ended it was =
well over 900, most of that traffic was inthe last 90 seconds!
There is a definite amount of interest in the SS/1000.
All & all, I think I was right to stop at the price I did...
But it was fun...
Ken
