  Yes, of course, to people who THINK...but what suits will view it as
such?  The suit reaction will probably be soemthing like "Intel is
synergizing with their corporate paradigm by taking strategic steps in
acquiring enabling technologies to strengthen their position.  Their
key involvement with team players will ensure their industry
leadership.  Let's buy more of their stuff."

  ...thus, butt-fucking the rest of us with chainsaws.
